収録のチャズ・ジャンケル氏１９８１年のアルバムです。愛のコリイダといやー有名なのは直後に御大クインシー・ジョーンズ氏によってカバーされたヴァージョン
。それでクインシー氏嫌いになっちまったんですけどその名声を利用してのまんまパクリ、金襴緞子を飾りつけ、ヒットかっさらうなんて音楽屋仁義にもとる行い、悪徳商人みてえだ
、お天道様が見逃してもこの遠山桜は許さめえぞ

のブロックヘッズの要人だった方です。才気爆発の２ｎｄ「ドゥ・イット・ユアセルフ」のあの悶絶サウンドはやっぱし貴方が作ってたのねを証明するウルトラ・ソロ･アルバムなのだ。せっかくブレークしたブロックヘッズを一旦抜けたのは「愛のコリーダ」つうキラー・ナンバー作っちゃって、まさかイアンおじさんに歌ってもらう訳にいかねえ、まるで似合わないし、てことだと思い。作はもちろんチャズさんご本人、そしてケニー・ヤング氏。ケニー氏と言えば、うお、くしくも今年のベスト１０入りのアルバム「ＦＯＸ」のリーダーさん。日の当たらぬ天才さん通し夢の合体、私の好きな音楽も知らぬ間につながってるだよ。
